Ingredients guide for Japan residents
I usually get the soymilk below. It’s 100% soymilk, so no sugar or preservatives. If you are used to sweetened soymilk, then this one can take some getting used to, but I highly recommend giving it a try. I wasn’t a big fan at first, but now I love it!
You could always add additional ingredients to your smoothie as mentioned above such as soy yogurt, dates & nuts.
Dates & nuts
You can buy dates & nuts from some import shops such Kaldi & Gyomu supermarket, and you can also buy nuts from most supermarkets. However if you are like me & you want to buy in bulk, which is cost effective & reduces plastic I recommend buying online from here.
